-Added a message that appears to clarify if the currently selected state isn't a country, but a territory or disputed region.
-The loading screen tip will now also appear in the main menu
-Added a few more useful hints and tips

-Added 40 Dino Dictator questions for Europe, one for each country.
-Clarified a question about nuclear weapons in Ukraine
-Fixed a few spelling errors
Bugs
-Fixed issue where Win Score Bonuses and Mission Score Bonuses weren't being shown when acquired
-Win Score Bonuses and Mission Score Bonuses are no longer affected by your score multiplyer
